Public Server Usage Policy

Public servers are strictly regulated to ensure structured, fair, and immersive experiences for all participants.
Core Policy:
Public servers are reserved exclusively for sessions hosted by official Partner Community Leads. These leads are verified staff members from our partnered roleplay communities who utilize Courtroom for public events.
If you wish to host your own private sessions, custom matches, or group roleplays without partner status, please utilize our Free Private Servers. The experience is currently fully optimized for private servers, offering you complete admin control and customization options.

Small & Growing Communities

If you represent a small group or a growing roleplay server, we encourage you to use our Free Private Servers. They offer the exact same core mechanics along with custom admin features to tailor your sessions without public disruption.

Large Communities & Official Partners

If you manage a large, established roleplay community and wish to host official sessions on our Public Servers, you can apply for a partnership.
